The Best BBQ Chicken & Sauce Ever!
½ Large Onion Chopped
Oil Enough to Cook Onions
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Sauté until the onion is translucent - remove from heat and add:
1 ½ Cups Ketchup
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
4 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp Sugar
Squeeze 1 whole lemon
Salt /Pepper & Garlic Powder to Taste
Chicken
Use small ½ Chickens w/skin. Cook on real wood charcoal, rib side down, low heat for 45 minutes, apply sauce, turn and brown skin for 10 minutes & apply sauce. Serve with extra sauce!
